1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ZenFlow Yoga's website, mobile applications, services, and content (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.1 Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or have parental consent if between 13-17 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

1.2 Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through email or prominent notice within our Services. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Membership & Account Terms

ZenFlow Yoga offers various membership levels to accommodate different practice needs and commitment levels.

2.1 Account Registration

To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Use your account only for personal, non-commercial purposes

2.3 Account Restrictions

You may not:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Allow multiple individuals to use a single account
• Use another person's account without authorization
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Use automated systems to access our Services

3. Content & Service Access

ZenFlow Yoga provides digital yoga classes, mindfulness content, and wellness resources through our platform.

3.1 Content License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access and view our content for personal, non-commercial use
• Stream classes on authorized devices
• Download select content for offline viewing (where available)

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works
• Publicly perform or display our content
• Reverse engineer or extract source code
• Use content for commercial purposes without authorization
• Share downloaded content with non-members

3.2 User Content

Some features may allow you to submit content (comments, profile information, etc.). By submitting content, you:

• Grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your content
• Represent that you have all necessary rights to the content
• Acknowledge that we may monitor and remove inappropriate content
• Agree not to submit harmful, offensive, or illegal content

3.3 Service Availability

We strive to maintain 24/7 service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• Experience unexpected downtime
• Modify or discontinue features
• Limit access during periods of high demand

4. Payments, Billing & Refunds

Clear and transparent pricing is fundamental to our community trust.

4.1 Pricing & Fees

All prices are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to:

• Change prices with 30 days' notice to current members
• Offer promotional pricing for limited periods
• Charge applicable sales tax based on your location

4.4 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will:

• Attempt to reprocess the payment for 3 consecutive days
• Notify you of the failed payment
• Suspend access if payment is not resolved within 7 days
• Charge a $15 reinstatement fee for suspended accounts

5. Liability, Safety & Disclaimers

Your safety and wellbeing are our primary concern. Please read this section carefully.

5.1 Assumption of Risk

By participating in ZenFlow Yoga classes, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Yoga involves physical movements that may be strenuous
• There is inherent risk of physical injury
• You are responsible for listening to your body and modifying as needed
• Instructors provide guidance but cannot see you to offer individual corrections
• You should have a clear space free of obstacles for practice

5.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZenFlow Yoga shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Injuries resulting from participation in yoga classes
• Technical issues preventing access to services
• Third-party conduct or content
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

5.3 Service "As Is"

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• Services are free of viruses or harmful components
• Results from using our Services will meet your expectations

6. Termination & Account Closure

We believe in fair and transparent termination policies for both parties.

6.1 Your Right to Terminate

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Canceling your subscription through account settings
• Contacting our support team
• Following the cancellation process outlined in Section 4

Upon termination:

• Your access to paid features will end
• You may lose access to saved content and preferences
• We will retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes

6.2 Our Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• You share account access or content illegally
• Required to do so by law
• You create risk or possible legal exposure for us

6.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination by either party:

• All licenses and access rights immediately cease
• You must cease all use of our Services
• We may delete your account data after a reasonable period
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

7. General Provisions

7.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, rather than in court.

7.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us, constitute the entire agreement between you and ZenFlow Yoga.

7.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
